DCC Main Page "Search" should use "short URL's" for "Identifier" and ???

Extended Description
The dcc main page calls ShowDocument with parameters for "Identifier" search. It should use short URL's instead:
Bad: https://dcc-backup.ligo.org/cgi-bin/private/DocDB/ShowDocument?docid=P1600098
Good: https://dcc-backup.ligo.org/P1600098
Other search types on that page may need to be modified similarly.
