Some additional review comments

I went through the CGMI package, overall I don't have any specific comments on the code. However, I have a few questions and suggestions.

1. Could you please briefly comment on how you plan to implement this in an online setting?
2. In general, do you think a feature to upload the chirp mass probability distribution to gracedb would be useful?
3. Although, this is not a very large code, do you think the package can benefit from writing logs in case of debugging?
