Mass Gap review: task 3 performances

Reviewers will ensure that the new MassGap classification produces ROC curves that are acceptable for the 4th observing run as per criterion set by the reviewers, and in accordance with acceptance criterion from previous observing runs for EM-Bright. The reviewers will then enforce this requirement via the O3 MDCs (cycles 1 to 8).
