Selecting algorithms for the Production

Shaon suggested that we use KNN for hasRemnant and RF for hasNS (hasMassGap already has only RF option).

However I found cases in parameter sweeps where the probability p(hasNS)= 0.72 and p(hasRemnant) = 1.0.
