Flower monitors throw Ajax error on navigating to Tasks tab

Chrome 73.0.3683.103 on macOS Mohave 10.14.4 throws this error upon navigating to the Tasks tab of the Flower monitor (https://emfollow.ligo.caltech.edu/flower/tasks) on both the production and playground instances. I also get this error on mobile Safari on my iPhone running on the latest version of iOS.

I suggest running gwcelery/flower on your own machine and navigating to flower on localhost and see if the problem is there too. If it is, then that probably means that there is a bug in flower. If it is not, then it probably means that there is an Apache configuration problem on the cluster.
