Make LALInference public by default

Discussed at low-latency f2f, where the issue is how to determine which LALInference files should be made public automatically (so no manual applying of tags.) Some solutions were discussed, including naming conventions, making a new 'P-type' event, and reverting back to version control before extension. The agreed solution was determined to be:

  • Make LALInference public by default to avoid having to publicly expose each derived file
  • Needs corresponding changes to PE rota instructions
