PE GraceDB log message "Job failed" is extremely vague

When a PE job is aborted or fails, some log messages are put onto GraceDB: https://git.ligo.org/emfollow/gwcelery/blob/master/gwcelery/tasks/inference.py#L363. These are difficult to trace back to the process which spawned the log message, eg: https://gracedb-playground.ligo.org/superevents/S191003c/view/.

It would be nice for the log message to include something about which Condor task failed, etc. Otherwise, it's not even clear that this is a message regarding PE without the PE tag on the log message, and unclear whether it is for Bilby or LALInference.
