Follow up on MLy superevent creation

It would be good to sanity check that there are no issues adding MLy events to superevents before O4 so that we can increase our confidence that we only need to update the trials factor if MLy starts uploading to production during O4a.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
