Production trying to create mattermost channels for mock hourly uploads

Currently we're getting issues on sentry because we're missing credentials on production to create mattermost channels. However, the only thing we're uploading to production right now is our hourly mock alerts, which we probably don't want to create channels for. I've attached a screenshot from flower of one of these failed jobs, showing that is indeed trying to run for an MS superevent.

We need to figure out what to do asap, because if we don't upload the credentials to production to create these channels then we'll be submitting issues to sentry on an hourly basis, but if we do upload the credentials then we'll make 24 channels a day that we don't need.
