Update alerts not making associated files public

Update alerts are making the actual bilby data products themselves public, the sky map and em bright files, but not making some or all of the associated files public. S230627c should have also had Bilby.html, Bilby.png, Bilby.fits.gz, and Bilby.volume.png made public.
