Sort Python Packages on webview by name

Currently the Python Packages list (which is extremely useful) is arbitrarily ordered, which makes scanning by eye a little hard:

It would be great to have this sorted by the name attribute of the Distribution elements.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
