OFFLINE G-event upload will trigger undesired task

When an S-event is created, we automatically start (even in case is OFFLINE upload)

  • rapid PE JOBs: parameter_estimation.s(superevent_id, 'rapidpe')
  • billy parameter estimation: parameter_estimation.s(superevent_id, 'bilby')

The following task are also triggered, even if no needed.

  • Omega scan: detchar.omegascan.si(alert['object']['t_0'], superevent_id)
  • DQV: detchar.check_vectors.s(....)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
