Minor updates on initial circular text template (initial-circular.txt)

In the initial circular text template (initial-circular.txt),

  1. the reference to GstLAL is now "Tsukada et al. arXiv:2305.06286 (2023) and Ewing et al. arXiv:2305.05625 (2023)". The former of these has already been published and is better replaced by "Tsukada et al. PRD 108, 043004 (2023)"

  2. the word "HasMassgap" would be better replaced with "HasMassGap".
