Numerous tasks missing in documentation

Double checking after !1317 (merged) was merged, I noticed some documentation files worked on in that MR aren't being included in the readthedocs website. It turns out that numerous gwcelery tasks are not being included, as you can see in the comparison of the following lists:

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
