Rename source_classification.json to em_bright.json

The filename source_classification.json is confusing because our documentation refers to the contents of p_astro.json as "source classification". Also the name of the file should match the corresponding event label.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
