Change variable names in onlin_pe.jinja2 so that the template is loaded.

@leo-singer It solves https://emfollow.ligo.caltech.edu/sentry/gwcelery/issues/231/?environment=playground . It seems that files with some specific formats are not found with autoescape=select_autoescape.
