Prevent infinite coincidence far LVAlert loop

Brandon Piotrzkowski requested to merge brandon.piotrzkowski/gwcelery:loop into master

Due to an oversight in !550 (merged) it's possible for gwcelery to create an infinite LVAlert loop since calculate_spacetime_coincidence_far will create an LVAlert that will cause it to be activate again. This change will remove this function from the problem sequence.
