Set FAR threshold for creation of a superevent to 1/(6 hours)
This is the maximum FAR that the sub-threshold multimessenger searches and RAVEN need.

Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 30 April 2024 starting at approximately 9am PDT.
