This copies the comment attached to posterior samples into the comment attached to the corresponding skymap. With this change, we can track the relation between posterior samples and skymaps even if we use the same name LALInference.posterior_samples.hdf5 for all of the posterior samples.

@leo-singer With discussions with @vivien, we decided to solve the fits naming issue in this way.
