Deliver a production-ready chart design that supports:

1. Consolidation of existing Helm chart behavior for multitenant Kubernetes deployments (namespace isolation).

We include here also any issue that prevents a correct deployment of the chart.

Acceptance criteria:

1. Two releases can be installed in different namespaces with no object-name collisions.
2. Uninstalling one tenant does not impact the other tenant.
3. helm template output contains no unexpected cluster-scoped resources. (TBD if this is possible)
