cWB-BBH reference paper in the GCN circular

The GCN circular sent out when the cWB-BBH pipeline detects the preferred event contains the reference:

[1] Klimenko et al. PRD 93, 042004 (2016) doi:10.1103/PhysRevD.93.042004

which is the cWB paper - that doesn't mention cWB-BBH. If there's a paper / reference that can explain cWB-BBH better then that should also be added in the circular.
