Create DCC PDF using LaTeX and the set of fixed templates

After !179 (merged) is merged, we will have a set of fixed templates of what the text output should be. From these, we could import them into a .tex document and using the CI pipeline to produce a .pdf with the relevant information. This way no extra work will need to be done to produce this in the future. If wanted, we could even create a diff between the latest info and the last release.
