Circulars mention GCN notice but not SCiMMA

Circulars contain a couple of lines like the following

Two sky maps are available at this time and can be retrieved from the GraceDB event page:

• bayestar.multiorder.fits,0, an initial localization generated by BAYESTAR [5], distributed via GCN notice about 31 seconds after the candidate event time.
• bayestar.multiorder.fits,1, an initial localization generated by BAYESTAR [5], distributed via GCN notice about 5 minutes after the candidate event time.

These skymaps were not just distributed via GCN notices, they were also distributed via SCiMMA notices. I don't know that we need to list both, but I think if we don't that we should drop the explicit mention of GCN as it minimizes SCiMMA's involvement.
