CGMI information missing in Aframe circular

Also, it seems that coarse-grained mass information is not provided in Aframe event candidate circulars? Yet it reports HasNS, HasMassGap and even HasSSM. Are those values even evaluated for an Aframe trigger or are they always zero? If they are always zero then reporting that the values are "<1%", while technically true, seems misleading.

Circular template example should contain statement about CGMI.
