'Procedures' section title / intro

The title is not very contentful or meaningful for a section that describes what searches and subsequent analysis we do on the data and what their scientific output is.

Change title to e.g. 'Online searches & data analysis'?

Also the intro mentions searches explicitly but does not mention other types analysis.

E.g. "In this section we describe the different online searches looking for GW signals, and subsequent analysis steps to determine the properties of each candidate signal and thus enable followup by external observers."
