Procedures/classification section

Some revisions are needed in procedures/classification:

  1. We should call this section "Inference" to unify it with the alert contents: all of these data products are going in the Inference section of the VOEvents.
  2. I have proposed that we call the BNS/NSBH/BBH/Noise probabilities "Classification" and HasNS/HasRemnant the "Properties".
  3. This section is a little too verbose, and the paragraphs are too long and should be split into shorter paragraphs.
