'1 min' should be '1 minute'
"Up to 1 min before (..)" is ambiguous: it could mean either 'before and including 1 minute before merger' or '1 minute before merger time'. Suggest 'From 1 minute before the GW merger time onward' or 'Starting from 1 minute before ..'
'human instrument scientists and analysts' seems redundant.
It's unclear why there are two different headings saying 'Within 24 hours ..' and 'Within a day'. The second description ('binary black hole mergers will be fully vetted by experts' etc) seems entirely redundant with the first and is less clearly written, so could be removed?
