Update values in the external coinc table to show all available values

Currently the value in the external_coinc table show a handfull of possible values but a better design would be to display all values: https://git.ligo.org/emfollow/userguide/-/blob/9365b48afc54161ca1f2c9fd9ad31152b9c3391a/content.rst

Some changes could also include:

{{Fermi,Swift}} => {{Fermi,Swift,INTEGRAL,AGILE}}

{{GRB,SubGRB}} => {{GRB,SubGRB,SubGRBTargeted}}
