Outdated(?) instruction in Kafka notices via GCN tutorial

I'm trying to write a listener to listen to Kafka notices via GCN, following the tutorial (https://emfollow.docs.ligo.org/userguide/tutorial/receiving/gcn.html).

Step 3 says "Do not click on any of the check boxes in the Customize Alerts section."

However, on the GCN website, not checking anything means that I can't click the "Generate" button to move to the next step.

(FWIW I have also not been able to receive/parse MS events using the example code, but that might be a separate problem or user error.)
