• "signal does not pass human vetting (i.e., it is a glitch)" Should that be "e.g." or is it intentional to define "glitch" as anything that is not astrophysical?
• "All types of GCN Notices except for Retraction notices contain the following ..." Hopefully, Retraction notices include the first listed item, i.e., Name.
• "All types of GCN Notices except for Preliminary notices are accompanied by human" implies that there will be a circular issued for every retraction. If that is not true, I suggest changing this from a negative to a positive, e.g., "Initial and Update GCN ..."
• "The table below is a diagrammatic representation". I do not normally think of a table as a diagram, but ...
• GCN Notice example: "BNS, NSBH, BBH merger, MassGap" implies MassGap is not a merger
• "nonzero" -> "non-zero"
• Previous HasNS definition defines m2 < m1 yet figure shows m1 < m2 parameter space allowed.
• HasNS and HasRemnant are redefinied
