Adding in a minimisation command. Usage 'maximize name output re/im/abs/deg target parameter lower upper abserr max_steps'. It's not fool proof, you have to ensure that the lower and upper bound contains a max or minimum. It will output the variable value at which the minimum occurs. Can't be used with locks and can only use one minimisation or maximisation at a time.
