Compiling debug version on 10.10 has issues with a OSX defined version of htonll which didn't seem to exist before, if defined use the system one to get it compiling, not tested the server code though. Fixing squeezer detector output, was giving wrong results in some cases where negative roots or negative eigenvalues were computed.
