Adding additional option for three port isolator to use for injecting squeezed light whilst not diverting the return signal field. Fixing isolator beam tracing hopefully, this needs checking though. I added an additional pass condition to trace_beam as it was complaining that the beam wasn't traced to all nodes but all nodes had a parameter set. Surface motion gouy phase still needs work
