refs #154 - Adding in coupling matrix allocation switches. Can switch on/off even/odd coupling for mirrors and spaces. Interestingly switching off either even or odd actually slows down the matrix calculations compared to when all the elements are included. Improvements are only made when switching off both at the same time. Expect that this is due to the solvers preferring continuous blocks of elements.
