      adding in more quantum noise input changes. Components are marked with vacuum command are iterated over and each of the nodes that contribute to some quantum noise is added to the list inter.qnoise_in_list. This list is then used to iterate over to compute the various incoherent signals. Also in this is are hopefully tilted beamsplitter aperture fixes. Changing from the beams perspective to the mirrors as we are limited to only ciruclar integratio limits with Cuba.

      added 2 commands for handling mechanical transfer functions. First is creating a transfer function defined using poles and zeros 'mtf name [poles] [zeros]', e.g. mtf pend [0-3i,0+3i] [], to define a pendulum with resonant angular frequency 9 Rad. To apply a transfer function to an optic the mech command is set (could do with a better name) mech component mass TF, e.g mech m1 1 pend. Complex number parsing for the poles and zeros is pretty rudimentary, experiemnted with regex with little luck. no whitespace is possible betwen +- and numbers, must define the real and imag part with i coming after.

        o added a new command 'variable name value' which defines a variable similar to the
          set command. Thus the variable can be used in func and put commands. But
          unlike variables created with 'set' it is connected to some other parameter
          but can be set directly or tuned with xaxis. The latter is useful if a 
          dummy paremeter is to be duned, e.g. 
      
          variable test1 10
          xaxis test1 xxx lin 1 10 20
      
          where the 'xxx' can be any string to satisfy the parser.
