CI for Master

I have updated the best_install.sh script to pick up a tag master_testpoint1 and test against that instead of the latest finesse/test/master. I have checked that this works. There are some outstanding numerical differences in the file.

Because this is retrospective testing, I had to use a more modern version of test.py in finesse/test and this forced me to move onto the branch master_testpoint1a
