Pykat will throw a warning every time the user requests a attribute
of the kat object.

Modified BeamParam to allow inheritance while still producing warnings for the depracted methods gauss_param and beam_param

Added in the beginnings of the aplus model and code tools. This has the BHD LO pick off from PR2 added but no filter cavity yet. Mode matching is way off. The ifo classes also had to be changed to accomodate Outputs being able to use two node homodyne detectors, before hand it was just single node detectors. Multiple nodes are specified with a list for node names now. ALternate node names are set using the new keyword arg

KatRun.plot now accepts xscale, y1scale, and y2scale. These should be an SI scaling from the pykat.SI dictionary. e.g. `xscale='milli'`

Hopefully fixing bug reported in `pykat.optics.maps.rmZernike` where `m='all'` was not being processed correctly. Problems with if statements not handling all cases and leading to undefined variables along with type checking issues.
