Watch_l1dmt1,2 missing after a dmt server reboot

After rebooting the l1dmt1,2 servers today, the spi page reports that the Watch_l1dmt1 and Watch_l1dmt2 processes are not running. Running dmt status --all --node l1dmt1 confirms this. The command dmt restart Watch_l1dmt1 does not seem to restart these processes.
