GST_DEBUG=1 environment variable in procmgt executable field

The GST_DEBUG environment variable was set incorrectly for the calibration pipeline by prepending the command line with GST_DEBUG=1. The procmgt parser does not allow setting environment variables in the command line. This can be accomplished instead by using the -env= parameter in the process parameter field (5th argument field) of the process definition in the procmgt ProcList file.
