The ADC overflow used to generate the DQ vector has changed.

The readout adcs have changed for O4. Because the DQ vector uses the overflows of these channels to set a DQ bit, the DQ calculation configuration needs to be updated to reflect this change. The issue is described by Daniel Sigg in the aLog
