Use the same config file for DQ on dmt1 and dmt2

The config files for the DMTDQ processes (e.g. H-DQmod_O3[R].json) on the dmt1 and dmt2 hosts are named differently, although they should be identical if they are to be giving identical results as needed. The 'O3' name is also misleading and the description text in these files uses a the old cvs "Id" identifier key which should also be replaced.
