Update dvtest channel list for O4b
Two channels: fast channel H1:SUS-OMC_M1_ASC_P_IN1_DQ and H1:SUS-OMC_M1_ASC_Y_IN1_DQ were removed from the braoadcast frame list. These need to be removed from the dvTest channel list.
