GWCelery v2.1.5 Release

Maintenance will be performed on git.ligo.org, containers.ligo.org, and docs.ligo.org on Tuesday 3 March 2026 starting at approximately 900 MST (1600 UTC). It is expected to take around 30 minutes and there will be several periods of downtime throughout the maintenance. Please address any comments, concerns, or questions to the helpdesk.

All issues / MRs related to GWCelery v2.1.5, which was released soon after v2.1.4 due to a bug discovered late in the release cycle.
