# Outline of the analysis
[Here](https://www.lsc-group.phys.uwm.edu/ligovirgo/cbcnote/TestingGR/O1/LorentzInvarianceViolation) you can see an outline of LIV analysis.
There are 16 runs corresponding to each event.
- grtest-parameters = log10lambda_eff
- liv =
- LIV_A_sign = **ASING**
- nonGR_alpha = **nonGR_alpga**
- log10lambda_eff-min = **log10lambda_eff-min**
- log10lambda_eff-max = **log10lambda_eff-max**
**ASING** can be either 1.0 or -1.0. the prior ranges for log10lambda_eff for 8 different values are alpha are listed in the below table.
