Modifications to J. Rollins merge request code, MR109.

  • install: changed to use SITE and IFO env variables
  • createEpicsMakefile.pm: change to use site instead of location variable
  • feCodeGen.pl: requireIOcnt enabled by default. Is disabled by either: (1) Set requireIOcnt=0 in model Parameter block (2) Automatically if model name start with 'x', indicating a test stand.
