New Lock Loss Tag for BRS Glitching

We've got a brand new class of lock losses to add to possible tags for lock losses -- BRS Glitching. Check out LHO aLOG 5`332 https://alog.ligo-wa.caltech.edu/aLOG/index.php?callRep=51322 for lots of examples of how the recent problems with H1 BRS EX were wrenching around ETMX's sensor correction error signal, and thus wrenching the ETMX ISI > the QUAD and TMS > ALSX > the IFO causing many lock losses for a few days and many different stages of the lock acquisition sequence.
