track time to re-acquire nominal low noise
One thing that would be useful for people who are interested accounting for our down time would be to know how long it takes to get back to nominal low noise from each lockloss. After a discussion with the Jeff's, I think that this tool could be very useful for this if we add one more piece of information. For each low noise lockloss (from state 600), save how long it takes for the IFO to reach state 600 again.
We wouldn't want to prevent the rest of the analysis from running until we reach low noise again for this one, I am not sure if that presents a challenge for implementing this.
One motivation for this is that JJ (and other people who want to make decisions about operations) would like to have reliable information about what causes downtime. A useful plot would be a histogram of how much downtime is caused by locklosses of various types. pareto diagram
