Time Series of Locklosses Should Adjust to the Requested Filtered Time Range

At the moment, when one filters for a time range of lock losses (say from 1258944645 - 1258964411), while the list of lock losses is successfully filtered, the GUI time series showing the lock losses is not reduced to the requested range. This would be helpful, both for pattern finding in the selected range, and also for the usual functionality of the GUI -- being able to select the lock losses from the time series.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
