Create spectra, and/or find frequencies of lockloss saturation channels
Knowing the frequency of the saturating channel for a given lockloss is important to understand the source of a lockloss. We extract this information 'manually' on a regular basis, by either plotting the saturation channels on ndscope, or creating a spectra. It would be handy if this was done automatically. To do so I suggest : -Grab data of the first 4 saturating channels, for the last minute before the lockloss (minus one or two seconds to exclude the final transient) -Create a 20 seconds spectra with 50% overlap (or 5 averages) with 50 mHz resolution (so it includes earthquakes frequencies). -Find the max and add a tickmark with the value on the plot.
