Optimize ground motion plots

It would be good to optimize the way the ground motion plots are plotted.

1- I don't think the raw output data is that useful (the blrms is good enough).

2- I would assemble the plots differently, rather by frequency band, like the following:

a- L1:ISI-GND_STS_{ETMY,ETMX,ITMY}_{X,Y,Z}_BLRMS_30M_100M

b- L1:ISI-GND_STS_{ETMY,ETMX,ITMY}_{X,Y,Z}_BLRMS_100M_300M

c- L1:ISI-GND_STS_{ETMY,ETMX,ITMY}_{X,Y,Z}_BLRMS_300M_1

d- L1:ISI-GND_STS_{ETMY,ETMX,ITMY}_{X,Y,Z}_BLRMS_1_3

If too crowded, we can remove one of the end stations.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
